   It is my habit to go to McDonalds in Monroe LA on 18th St each morning for a sausage ,egg and cheese mc muffin and a large Diet Coke. This morning the price was over 20% higher. I questioned the cashier in the drive through and was told that all prices had gone up. What had been $4.65 was now $5.64. Something seems wrong here. What could this difference be? He was very pleasant, and I do not believe that he was trying to scam me. That is really what he thought that the price was.

   I would give you a zero rating if I could. It's my birthday today and wanted one of the crop chicken sandwiches. On a sesame bun. Made myself perfectly clear. I get home to eat it and it was a dollar chicken sandwich. I was so disappointed in your service today of all days.
   McDonald's needs to get those employees of yours a wake up call on what's offered on your menu. The young man even stated it was the only chicken sandwich they offered. WHAT!
   McDonald's in Aloha Oregon off t.v. why needs major help doing they're job.

   You have got to be kidding me. I paid $150 for a sausage McMuffin with cheese and a Sausage McMuffin with EGG and cheese is $3.79??? That is $2.29 for an EGG? Do you consumers realize what a screwing this so called, "Wholesome Company" is giving you? What does an egg, or rather the egg substitute this bunch of crooks is serving you actually cost? These morons are pounding sand up your bung hole and you are letting the do it by continuing to patronize them! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

   Coffee everywhere else was the $1.00 price for any size. Here in Floresville Texas it is regular price. The coffee was terrible. I love mc Donald's coffee but this coffee tastes like sewer water. ( how the sewer smells)

   Saw an ad for a barbecue bacon cheeseburger on tv. Went into the only McDonald's in Ramona, Ca. Didn't see it on the board so I asked for it as a combo. It rang up as $7.35 and when I got to the cashier window, it was $12 for the combo. I questioned the cashier and was told the burger alone was $7.35 and the extra $5.00 was the medium fry and drink in the combo. I call rape! I will be driving one mile further and go to Jack's from now on!!! BTW, burger tasted horrid...fries were cold and hard, and my drink wasn't what I wanted as their drink machine was on the fritz.

   Last McDonald's on Cortez before crossing bridge to Gulf Drive .... Fast service Friendly BUT $$$$$$ 2 for 4 now 2 for 5 and 6....greasy double cheeseburgers and prove cheeseburgers are pure 100 beef??? Something wasn't tasting right....we r from PA.. .more McDs specials bfast lunch dinner...fast food no cheaper than alot of restaurants WaWa ...what's in the burger?

   I have a McDonald's near my home and it is convenient to get food there from time to time. They have two drive through lanes, usually good service and a lot of promoting to customers about using the app. I figured why not so one morning I downloaded the app and ordered an egg mcmuffin, a potato thingy and a Mocha cafe. I paid with apple pay and drove over to pick up the order. When I got there I was told that it was too late to get an egg mcmuffin, and that my order was canceled. Using the app took longer than expected so even though I had started in plenty of time to have gone over and just gone through the line, I was later in getting to the window than I anticipated. I ordered another meal at the windo which was considerably less expensive than the $20 + that I had been billed for the breakfast meal I did not get. I was told that they would completely cancel that order as it was no longer available. I was not going to be billed.
   
   Today I decided to try the app again. From the app, I ordered:
   1. A 10 piece chicken mcnugget meal with medium fries and a medium sprite. The app said there were no soft drinks available so we switched to sweet ice tea.
   
   2. A large sweetened ice tea.
   
   3. A premium chicken sandwich with regular lettuce, regular tomato, regular chicken, a large fries, and a large sweetened iced tea.
   
   I paid with the same card as before an Amex although I was stunned at the $36.82 price tag
   
   The app encouraged me to order, then drive over, and let the app know when I arrived. Not too complex until I arrived. There was a large truck and trailer parked blocking the right side drive through lane and the drive by lane. I stopped nearly at the speaker and had to reverse out of the blocked lane into the street to get into the parking area. Then I had to go against the exitin traffic to get to a parking space since the pick up spacdes were all taken and the single lane of incoming traffic was backed up to the entrance. I used the app to let the restaurant know I had arrived and could not indicate what spot I was in or that there was an issue. So I waited. and nobody came.
   Eventually a spot opened up and I was able to back up and pull into spot #1.
   I used the app to change the location and I waited. Another half hour passed and no one came. Then a lady drove into spot #2. An employee came to my car and asked if I ordered 2 iced coffees. I pointed to the lady who had just driven up and they were what she was looking for. She left.
   
   I waited a bit longer but was becoming annoyed so I went inside to investigate. The inside area was mostly empty and eventually I called out and someone came to ask to help. I told my story about today's wait and she went and got a manager. He said there was a billing issue and indicated it was on me an one of the ladies said I needed to go through the drive through. The app had accepted my payment and did not say anything about waiting in that huge line to get to curbside pickup. The manager left and the nice lady took a replacement order for the 10 piece meal and a sprite because I only had $10 in cash on me. I told her about the order and she asked me for my name . She went into the back and saw my name and my order on a board. She went and told the manager and he said the order would be cancelled for failure to pick up and I would not be charged. I thanked her and went home with Mason's lunch and got it there after over 2 hours of wasted time,
   
   Later in the afternoon I got a call from American Express telling me that they had denied a charge from McDonald's on Derek Av, Sarasota. It appears that the McDonald's charged the items after I left and with full knowledge of the errors that were made in handling it. Whomever owns that business should be made aware of the multiple things that went wron on my visit.
   
   Who lets a lawn crew block their drive-through and pick-up lanes at lunch time? Who lets their lawn crew run their mowers and edgers right in front of and alonside a fully loaded bunch of parked and waiting customers. Who charges a customer $36.82 for two lunch meals and a drink that they know without a doubt was never made or delivered to the customer and should have been less than have the amount submitted to Amex. Amex knew. I know now. And the owner of this McDonalds should be made aware of the fact that all is not well at his store.
