But we will try to convince you and prepare a truly delicious dish, where the main ingredient will be broccoli and the addition: cheese, onion and egg.

Broccoli performs a lot of useful functions for our body, for example, improve blood composition, positively affect the work of the nervous system. Therefore, at least once in your life, you need to try this vitamin vegetable and we suggest starting with our recipe.

This is a simple recipe, where most of the work is done by the oven, and we only help a little, we cut the necessary products and give the desired form to our dish. 25 minutes and you can already taste your dish.

  • Green onion - 1/4

BroccoliPreheat the oven to 400 degrees, prepare the pan and lay the parchment paper. In a saucepan with boiling water add the broccoli, cook for exactly 1 minute and then immediately cool in an ice bath and strain thoroughly.
