I get chili and/or baked potatoes every Friday evening while waiting for his husband's pizza hut pizza. We arrived at 445 with two cars in line ahead. The first moved thru in a quick 6 minutes. The ext sat In line at the intercom about 25 minutes before leaving. Meantime 4 cars came in behind us, sat a while and left. We took our turn to order and after 4-5 minutes honked the horn. Perhaps the intercom was not working? A worker !bl k lady with blue hair? Opened the back door and yelled it wasn't necessary to beep beep cause in a few minutes so done would be o.n the headset. We told her we had already waited well over 20 .I utes. She said there were other restaurants in the area so we got her message and, like the other cars, left. There was one car in the guest parking lot And a number of cars in the employee lot.
Last week it was out of sour cream. Threr weeks ago out of baked potatoes. She was rude and insulting and could have kept this steady customer bad she said give me a few minutes please, for whatever reason. She looked sloppy and unprofessional, even for a young employee. We picked up the pizza and taking her advice, purchased my dinner tonight andu ch to.odfos and Sunday at Dairy Queen Wendy's was obviously NOT busy and her rudeness was uncalled for.
