Lost one receipt … I did not see a receipt no. On second one. Had a lot of no’s., but no receipt no. Food cold, brought salad just before steak. Twice rolls cold. Steaks chewy. Waitress was nice. Lady manager came to table…never said sorry and offered no compensation. She said normal procedure was to throw food back on burner and reheat. We had bad steak before and they took it back and brought new steak. By the time my friend got her new steak which was hot this time…3 rd time, we both had lost our appetite. I ate maybe a third of my salad, none of my beans. There was no dressing on our Caesar salad. There was brown on parts of the lettuce of her and my salads. My friend ended up eating about three bites of her good steak . We both thought steak was very bland. It was a disaster. Again, no discount on the meals. What’s happened to this once wonderful place to eat?
