Sherman, Texas 8/13/25 Drive Thru - Breakfast
The worst experience I have ever had with a Restaurant. Only had 2 people working and they both were so rude and act like they hate their job. I enjoy the breakfast and I go through the drive thru often despite the long wait and rude employees. Today, waited 20 min to get my food and there was only one car in front of me. Got to the window and sat there watching them and how slow they were moving. Finally, the big lady, don't know her name, brought my food to the window but sat it down and started doing something else. A skinny, black girl with long hair walked over by the window and I asked her if I could please get my food so I could get to work. She told me that they were very busy. I said no you're not. She said who are you to tell me that we aren't busy? Then she said, We will not be serving you due to your attitude and she SHUT the window in my face and walked away. I sat there for a few min and neither of them would come back to the window. This is unacceptable behavior and the rudest I have ever seen! I would hope that management or the owner would take care of this issue and not just blow it off with an apology. They both need to be fired!!!!!!!! I have read reviews from all over and obviously its a common thing at all of your locations. I would hope that the owner or manager would want better for this community and for your business. Please take care of this matter so that I can continue to eat at your location.
