   I went to this Subway on Sunday evening around 6 pm. I had a coupon for any footlong for $5.99. The coupon was good through Sunday, February 16th (that day). This was clearly printed on the coupon. Sammie, the individual who was at the cash registered informed that the coupon was no longer in her computer system and that she could not give it to me for the coupon price. I asked if she could do it manually. She said no. I asked if she could just ring it up as another sandwich, which was priced at $5.99. Again....no. I asked if she could call her manager to find out how to do it....Again...no. She was hateful and unapologetic. I left and went to another Subway and I will never be back. I have tried for the last four days to call and speak with the manager. The phone rings 10 or so times and then the call is dropped . After 20 plus tries you would think that someone would answer. I have been self-employed for most of my life. I guarantee you that Sammie would not have a job tomorrow if she worked me. The good news is there many other Subway locations which don't employ rude help that I can go to when I want Subway, two or three times a week.
