I was mistreated by this McDonalds staff tonight. Monisha, the manager, stated that I as a handicap person needed to come into the store to get food and not go thru drive thru. My daughter has to get out of car due to me not being able to reach window. Monisha stated she would all the police if we did not leave the drive thru line. So I pulled up in front of store and went in. She stated many people have complained but since I cannot walk without a can, I get my daughter to come over to window. Due to the Coronavirus, we are trying to help your employees to not come in contact with anyone due to the spread of the virus. Due to me having to come into restaurant we might expose your staff to germs and not know it. Monisha was very rude to me and daughter and stated that it was a drive thru and not a walk thru.. As it turned out her employee had to stop his work and carry out the items I purchased at the window which took him away from his work at drive thru. Monisha could have handled the issue much better and due to the mistreatment, I don't plan to go there when she is working.
