Horrible staff, they literally cannot get something as simple as a plain hamburger with ketchup ONLY right. It's not the healthiest but during baseball season we swing through McDonald's 4-5 times a week. 1 out of 4 they mess up the order and leave onions or pickles on it, but they fix it. HOWEVER, this medical center location just can't get it right. Its literally wrong 4 out of 5 times, then we ask to correct it and they are extremely rude about it and when we get it corrected they drown it in ketchup being sarcastic. The worse part is the vulgarity of the employees. They hang out in the parking lot and curse each other or whomever they are on the phone with. If I hear the N-word, F-word or N-word one more time I'm going to lose it. My kids shouldn't have to hear that filth anywhere, much less at McDonald's. We along with other families have made complaints to managers and it falls on deaf ears, most times they don't even say I'm sorry.
