I went there as I do everyday, ordered a ranch salad and the chicken was uncooked.
I went back to let them know that their chicken was not fully cooked, I was accused by the unprofessional manager ANA HERNANDEZ of trying to get another salad. I explained to the unprofessional Manager that she was missing the point, I didn't want another salad, I just drove all the way back over there to show them the chicken I did not eat (with the salad ofcourse) to make sure that they check their chicken, because I was trying to avoid people getting sick. Staff ftarted to laugh at me... and accused me of trying to get more food. I was totally chocked at the way this Multibillion Dollar company employees were treating their customers. I field a complain directly to MCdonalds I am waiting on a response... I will post back once I hear back from them. Hopefully no one gets sick
