Not sure if this will reach anyone but The guy who works the 2nd window (that gives you your food) is VERY RUDE at the 1501 5th Avenue S Birmingham AL location! He has a nasty azz attitude. I go there at least once a week and whenever I ask for condiments (simple ketchup) he catches an attitude. Today he pretty much threw my food at me. He acts as if I'm asking him to give me the world! It's fuking ketchup packets that AINT even yours. You pay damn near 10 for a combo and it shouldn't be too much to ask to get some damn ketchup to go with my fries. ACTUALLY i shouldn't even have to ask! Sht should be in my bag anyways. He's the thin skinny short toothless guy who always works the window that gives you your food. Yall need to remove him from customer service. He has a funky azz attitude. Better yet, I wont be spending my at this location anymore! I tried to call to voice my complaint but the phone stayed busy. Guess its broken like the damn shake machine ALWAYS is!! DONE WITH THIS LOCATION! PERIODT!! But because i have time today imma post this complaint on every McDonald's review website i can find!! holding my middle finger up YALL!!!!
