   Horrible customer service and I hope they close this location asap. As a community we will not support this location. I wish they would add 0 as an option for the level of service. Horrible service... Two of our burgers had an extremely long strand of hair it. We took them back and the asst. mgr refused to remake one of the burgers because it had been partially eaten. It's not the customers job to inspect the food prior to eating it. None of the workers were wearing hair nets nor caps to cover their hair. They were extremely rude and continued to make the situation worst instead of providing good customer service. We had spent more than 30.00 there and were not wanting anything other than the quality of food that should be expected. When we asked for a manager the staff seems confused and then one lady said she was the manager but was rude. When we asked for another manager, she called the manager and spoke with her. She gave us the manager's phone number shortly after speaking to her but when we called less than a minute later we call to a voicemail that is not setup. This is a franchise location and it seems like the owner just takes the money but is not involved with his/her business because the workers seem unconcerned.
