The rudeness of most of the employees and lack of customer service is appealing. The manager (the short black lady with some sort of hair color who claimed she was the manager when I asked to speak with one) could use a lesson or two in courtesy. She was extremely rude and I couldn't believe I was a paying customer who had to keep up with her shitty attitude. I've been to this location couple of times and there was ALWAYS something wrong. One time, the ketchup from self-serving ketchup dispenser was watered down (I frequently dine at other BK locations so I know this for sure). And here's the ridiculous part- they charge more for the same items than other BK locations while providing shittiest service and food quality. You would be better off avoiding this particular location/branch. I, for one, am done with their attitude.
