I was in this store this morning at about 7:30. The usual manager was not there. No one was waiting on the inside customers and it took about 10 minutes from the time our order was placed until we got it.I had to ask multiple times for items on our order, and no receipt was offered. The music was blaring so loud we could not even hear ourselves talk and when I asked for it to be turned down multiple times, I was told, " I don't know how." I asked for the manager or the manager's number and was told that was not available. The person taking my order was obviously more interested in talking to her coworkers than she was in getting the job done. It was not just me getting poor service either. While we were there, I observed multiple people who came in to place orders and were ignored. This is the absolute worst service I have ever received at ANY Bojangles I have ever visited. I did not get this young lady's name, but it was obvious to me that when there is no manager present that the people in this store have no interest in giving good customer service. What a shame! No apology was ever offered for the poor service or the loud party music. I doubt I ever go back to this location, but IF I do and the usual manager is not present, I will leave. There are other restaurants who have staff who are willing and able to give good service.
