   ABYSMAL!! I had an app coupon for a free Shake thing, it had the option of order on the app or use in store. The app was malfunctioning so I sat in line for half an hour on Saturday at about 11:00 PM. I FINALLY got to the order screen and made the order, a burger and the frosty. Told the guy I had the deal and he said only good on the app. I explained the app was not working but it said redeem in-store. The dope's reply was that the app had nothing to do with them, I needed to call the IT department. I explained that it had an option to redeem in-store, but he said that wasn't them. I asked him calmly "you're not the store?" and he started screaming and ranting, said no, they have nothing to do with it and call the IT department. This guy was unable to comprehend the situation. And it's not the first time I've had trouble there. It's walking distance from my house but it's been consistently staffed by incompetent uncaring dolts for years. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
