- Vegetable oil (for frying)

- Onions - 1 pc

Take the egg, the amount depends on how much you want to make.
Beat the egg.
Take a bit of meat, make a pancake, put on a plate and pour the egg.
Preheat the pan.
|Pour the egg in the pan and in the middle the meat, cover with a lid and fry.|
Reverse and fry under the lid again.
The first is ready, give the oil to drain and cool slightly.
And turn gently into a tube, and more specifically, buckle the edge.
And cook until the meat is not over.
It is very convenient in the morning to warm up in the microwave and eat.
