Recipe of making tender pork in breadcrumbs

Ingredients

  • Dijon mustard - 2 tsp
  • Salt - ¼ tsp
  • Paprika - 1 tsp
  • Fresh thyme - 2 tsp
  • Garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Breadcrumbs - ½ cup
  • Pork - 700 g

Directions

breadcrumbsPrepare fresh breadcrumbs, not dry. Mix with the spices listed.

porkGrease the pork (not fat) with Dijon mustard, and then roll in a mixture of breadcrumbs. Put in a hot preheated oven for 200 g 30-40 min.

Tender pork in breadcrumbsAfter the oven leave it. Put on the cutting board and cut into portions. Serve at the table with vegetables.
