Recipe of making taiwanese rice noodles


  • Soy sauce - 2 tsp
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
  • Shrimp - 250g
  • Egg - 2 pc.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Chicken meat (boiled) - 100g
  • Rice noodles - 250g
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp


Rrice noodles
Rice noodles fill in boiling water, leave for 10 minutes,

then cook it for 3 minutes in salted water.
OmeletBeat the eggs and fry the omelette, cool and cut it into thin strips.
Meat dividedMeat divide into fibers and fill it with soy sauce.
Noodles fried with onionsNoodles fry with onion in oil.
Add shrimpAdd the frozen and peeled shrimp. Cook for 3 minutes.
Mix chicken, eggs and noodles with prawnsMix the chicken, the omelette and noodles with shrimp. The dish is ready.
