The employees at this 'restaurant' are slobs, rude, and filthy. Their attire is dirty and saggy, their manners were disgraceful and their service was pathetic.
We ordered via your online app to 'skip the line' and they didn't even have anyone manning the register for 15 minutes. When they did, a sloppy dirty looking teenager came to the register with his pants sagging.
We were told by the app that our order was complete, but we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready up to a half hour prior.
This store is apparently lacking in any real leadership or oversight. We will not be returning.
