I had the privledge of having my first taco bell salad a few weeks ago. I appreciated the service and the salad very much. Last night, Wednesday, June 15, 2016, around 5 pm, I decided to stop again. I drove to the ordering window to place my order and the woman was very rude. Apparently I did not ask for a salad I asked for a beef taco in a bowl. She became very frustrated and asked do you mean a salad? I said, okay, sorry and she blurted out the price. I asked for extra sour cream on the side and she didn't answer but said that's a $1 extra. I wanted to just say forget it but I said okay and drove through.
The young lady at the window to pay was the same lady as before. She was very nice. My order came and I expected it to be in a bag but no it wasn't. I just wanted to drive away with a very bad impresion of the service I received. So sorry because I did like the taco salad.
