At atound 8:45 my boyfriend and i walked into the building to find ants all over the unclean lobby floor i informed Stacy the manager on duty she informed me it was from the drive thru window which is located about 20 feet of where we sat. Very rude and made no time for a customer complaint i dfibd that hard to believe. Customer is usually right. As i asked for a bag so i could go outside to eat my meal also lookibg for insects i find it even more disturbing the employee's were complaining about the filth of the lobby but yet were off work. I was wondering why not the the employee's to stay longer to clean up the filth over head pay roll should not be an issue for the cleanliness of your restraunt also your manager needs a few more skills to work with the public i will not return here and have informed many of my friends and family to not eat here as well

I went to the drive-through here on Friday Aug 26th at 11:32PM. It would be Saturday Aug 27th before I left. I was there for over an hour, behind just 3 people. Upon arriving at the window, I was told they were out of both beef and rice. Why could they not have told me this at the speaker? I heard someone else place an order at the speaker and he was also not told that they were out of beef and rice. He was to spend the same 45 minutes as myself before anyone would tell him. I was given the options of choosing chicken or steak. I chose steak. They then began preparing my food - after I'd gotten to the window, 45 minutes after I ordered it. It was another 20 minutes before I actually received my food, which was room-temperature at best when I got it home 10 minutes later, and there was almost NO meat in it. I got even less than I paid for, after spending an hour waiting for it. I was ordering for four people, one of whom was disabled and unable to walk. This is *by far* the worst fast food experience - and indeed the worst restaurant experience period - I've ever had in my 47 years. How does a Taco Bell even run out of beef?? Much less fail to tell people that when they order? On top of the fact that I didn't even get what I paid for, an hour of my time is worth $100. The way I see it, Taco Bell owes me about $130, on top of the frustration, disappointment and aggravation of the other three people I was ordering for. If I'm lucky, though, I'll get a coupon for a free taco. Needless to say, I'll be ordering from the 24-hour Burger King across the street from them in the future. Never had an issue with them.
