This Taco Bell is the closest to me, the next nearest is only 6 miles away. I will never go to the Bass Road Taco Bell again. Every single time, the food is poorly prepared with less than serving size amount of ingredients, and ingredients not evenly distributed (e.g. sour cream only in one corner of a crunchwrap, burrito was literally rolled sideways causing every bite to be of one single ingredient). I have been through the drive thru three times and every single time I have had to go back and ask them to correct my order. The last time the employees accused me of lying because they did not give me a receipt with my order. I am going to return to my favorite taco bell, the one on Zebulon road.

  Store hours are from 10 to midnight. I got here 11:30 they said they're out of food and closed, what more is there to say

Before I drive across town I checked their website to make sure they were still open close at 12 I arrived at 11:30 set out at the window for 5 minutes and the manager name is Sterling told me they were out of food and they were closed his words exactly . If I was able to give them a zero I would it's one thing to receive bad service but did not even receive it at all is mind-boggling
