Horrible customer service. Tina, the assistant manager has a control complex and refused fulfil a simple request of replacing salsa w cheese. This request was done at several other locations before and fulfilled.

I told her she was about to lose a customer over how this was handled and do you think she cared? Nopppe. Avoid this location.

Had the kids in the car and showed them not to put up w. Was a prime example of poor customer service. Went to a different TB down the road who fulfilled request no problem and was able to show the kids good customer service all in a 10 minute period. So I guess I thank you for helping showmy kids how to not act to those who keep you in business.
