Dont know young lady's name but tonite -7 /29/21 i oreder by phone 2 subs & my phone is not thr best if ur on receiving end of it but nun the less this gal very pleasent & efficent took my hard to understand order & filled it to the 9's - know its hard to screw up a meatball sub but its happened more often than not - she herself made our order & as said it was perfect !!!! Not soaked but definitely not dry either plus exactly what i wanted on it - telling u all thus because all too often the only feedback received at fast food places are purely critical & never give phrase when & where its deserved - at this particular subway on this day it IS well earned & deserved - wish i knew her name but if ur a regular @ carroll st shop u should know who she is - thankx so much dear for the great sammich's and courtesy - ur boss be well advised to give u a decent raise as hood people today are EXTREEMLY rare & hard to find - again thankx for u being you !!!!

Excellent people at carroll st shop - lil gal working on 7/29/21 who took our call in order actually got it spot on - usually we go to subway in kroger plaza (closer) but they dont want to answer phone - anyways to the owner of carroll st subway - u have an excellent employee and needs to be told how needed she is - and PAY HER what shes worth - you know damm well ones like her are dam near non existent anymore so u got a real diamond there - take good care of this one & she will do same for ur biz - i will stop in fri & tell her in person how much my wife & i appreciate her kindness & efficiency!!!!!
