Recipe of making sandwich meat


  • Sesame seeds - 4 tbsp.
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 pc
  • Ginger (ground) - 1 tsp.
  • Onion (medium size) - 1 pc
  • Soy sauce (Kikkoman) - 100 ml
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp.
  • Pork (I used the chop) - 600 g
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.


Sandwich meat ingredientsMix soy sauce Kikkoman, sugar, chopped onion, garlic, ginger, sesame seeds and vegetable oil.
cover marinade porkFill the pork on the marinade on all sides, cover and put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

for 50-60 minutes at 200 C.
