Recipe of making russian smalec
Ingredients
Paprika - 1 package (15 g.)
Garlic - one head
Parsley - one beam
Lard (unsalted, no smoked) - 300 gr.
Salt - to taste

Cut the lard in small cubes. Parsley wash well under cold water, then cut and mix with lard.
