    I’ve just had a horrendous experience at your location in Decatur Ga on Flat Shoals Pkwy. I ordered a delivery pizza at 5:51 this evening. When I clicked the tracking your pizza link, it continued to say that my pizza was being made. After 2 hours, I drove up to the store and attempted to go in but the doors wee locked. Inside, one of your workers were braiding a small child’s hair in the dining area. They wouldn’t open the door and I refused to sit in the dive through line that was wrapped around the building. Suddenly, a mob of customers stood outside the door banging on it until the worker who was braiding the door opened it. As she was bum rushed with questions about individual orders, when she finally got to me (Jada was her name, by the way) she took my number and came back about 15 minutes later only to tell me that mr order was cx because they weren’t doing deliveries. Immediately I proceeded to inquire about why no one reached out to me and she told me that it was out of her control. When I told her that I wanted to log a complaint, I asked her what the GM’s name was and she told me Assada. When I asked for her last name, she refused to give it to me. As a result of ALL of this poor service, I took my business to Papa Johns. I am very upset and disturbed by this level of service and will continue to make public complaints with the store and all social media platforms. This entire experience has put a very bad taste in my mouth as far as your business is concerned. Granted, there is very little you can do about it, but it’s important for you to know that whomever you decide to hire represents your brand
