Recipe of making pie with spinach and cheese
- Eggs (+ 1 egg yolk for greasing the cake) - 1 pc
- Cheese (any) - 100 g
- Feta - 100 g
- Spinach - 400 g
- Dough - 500 g
- Black pepper
The dough for this cake is better to take a twisted into a roll. While the dough is defrosted, do the filling.
Unfreeze the spinach, cut into small pieces. Add to the spinach one raw egg, grated hard cheese, chopped Feta, salt, pepper and mix.
Cut the dough lengthwise into 5 equal strips (if someone will seem narrow strips, cut into 4).
Don't roll the dough. Unfreeze and cut into strips. In each strip distribute all filling.
