This is the best steak sandwich. The two cheeses comes together with the bell pepper, onion and mushrooms. The horseradish sauce takes it over the top good.
Ingredients:
3 Green Bell Peppers
1 Pound of Mushrooms
1 large onion
2 Pounds of Flank Steak
salt and pepper to taste
8 ounces sliced Provolone Cheese
Sauce:
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons all purpose flour
pinch of salt
1 and 1/2 cups milk
8 ounces of shredded mild cheddar cheese
