Been to your Ourback many times at request of others in party. I have never had a meal that was considered great. Today went as an invitation: had the super platter: lobster,shrimp,crab cakes. The lobster was so over cooked it was tough. Shrimp were COLD, and the crab cakes were BEYOND INEDIBLE. Manager gave a spliel about he knows and tells the wait staff not to recommend them etc etc etc. MY PARTY ARE NOT STUPID. If you know they are bad, take them off the menu. Last 4 times I was at this Outback I said I would not come back because of the quality of the food. I will tell everybody I know not to go there. And, I will continue to repeat DON'T GO TO OUTBACK every time anyone asks me about it. My party were regular customers and they said they will do the same.

The onion soup: what do you think people are stupid? It's nothing but bullion. Sweet potatoes are so overcooked they are nothing but mush. Why are you serving soggy salad? Would you serve the above to your family? I surely wouldn't....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
