Yesterday, on May 1 at 11:45. my husband was running errands near the West O McDonalds and visited the drove thru to bring home some lunch. Our order was completely wrong, and to make matters worse there is no receipt, and with no receipt I do not have a shop number to place a complaint on the corporate page. My husband requested no mayonnaise on the sandwiches, yet they had mayo on them and therefore were inedible. The BBQ sauce he requested for the nuggets meal was not included. Fries were ice cold and without salt, and the nuggets were also completely unseasoned. I asked my husband how much the three meals cost, and he said it was over $20.00, so we basically paid more than $20 for three diet cokes.
My teen daughter said that due to prom being the night before, much of the staff might have been hungover; that doesn't explain that the last three orders here have all been wrong.
We might as well have tossed $20.00 out the window- never again! Your staff needs better supervision and training. Sincerely, The Packeys
