Minus zero on your customer service tonight March 31st. Girl at drive through tells me of I don't like it to go to another McDonald's. Tells me it's my problem for going out when I questioned if the gloves are being thrown after each use, then she proceeds to tell me not her problem and to get over it.. WOW.. Then I go to the second window and good ole justin with an attitude argues with me, and wants me to move up because I'm waiting for my drink,really? Then he tells me I'm selfish because I did not want to move up. Maybe if he was paying attention to orders ye would if seen I request no ice from the start . So no why should I move up fir a coke how ,ong does it take for a coke seriously.. hext time I'll kabd up throwing it all back in their faces if I get talked to and disrespected like I did. We are the reason you get paychecks.. another issue your employees wearing gloves and not changing them after each transaction isnt helping with any protection.. why dint you have them use hand sanitizer after each transaction! Wow you gave such a great team of young adults with jo respect. When I go back and it's like it was tonight you all will gave a mess because I will launch everything back at them! Get some respect and your manager is worthless!

Went to McDonald's on coor and arenal and my complaint is I ordered 2 hamburgers, fries and a shake. When I got home I took down stuff from vehicle an hour later I ate one hamburger then was going to eat the other one and as I unwrapped it there two bite marks that someone had taken. This the second time this has happen to me. You need to fire every single personin there and hire our people. They are rude and think they own everything.
