On the 15 or so visits I have witnessed her performance, she's a superstar at work. She listens well, provides logical responses, checks back on your order, and is well, 2-3 times faster than other employees taking orders despite her cordial approach to helping her customers. It is clear that Franchesca should be on list for potential management trainee positions as she is witty, caring, and a diligent employee that helps make a difference at your store.
