The 2 staff members at the pick up window were extremely rude when we politely asked them to add strawberry flavor to our strawberry shake that barely had any flavoring in it and some caramel to the iced caramel coffee we had ordered. The gentleman at the pay window was nice and pleasant. If we pay for a product we expect it to be made correctly the shake was white barely any strawberry flavor in it and the lady manager grabbed the coffee from us after telling her she doesn’t have to make a new one just add some caramel she chucked the drink in the trash rolled her eyes and made us another coffee she then got a bit rude with us this is unprofessional behavior and unneeded we were extremely polite and we got this from these two managers
