I eat at McDonalds at least 4 out of 7 days a week, & the last two times i have stopped at the East hwy 62branch i was highly disappointed. Myself & my coworker both had cold greasy food..this is so unlike McDonalds,makes me wonder what the problem might be. Thank you. My number 8127040826

DRIVE THRU FRAUD. Went through the drive thru today 1-9-18 at 4:30 pm, and did not receive all the food items ordered. Complained to the manager who IMMEDIATELY called me a liar and kept waving receipts at me that she insisted proved my order. Knowing what I paid, and that I didn't get any change back, I requested that they count the drawer down and refund my money (since it was obvious that they couldn't just give me the missing items). She stated she counted the drawer and it was correct, but I seriously doubt she actually did it because of her immediate hostility with me. The drive thru person had several stories, first saying that the meal was $6.41 and I paid in exact change, then saying that the meal was actually $10.25 but I had a coupon - and of course there was NO coupon in the drawer. The manager never blinked an eye at all the stories that the drive thru person kept telling, and the fact that the receipt shows that the order was changed AFTER I paid at the window (FRAUD) but INSISTED I was a liar, making excuses for the drive thru person the whole time. DO NOT EAT HERE, SPEND YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS DEN OF FRAUD AND CRAP FOOD. If you have also been a victim of their drive thru skimming where they are not giving you proper change or shorting your food, DO NOT GO IN TO COMPLAIN as the manager is in on the fraud. Call their main office at 502-265-6232. The only way to get this properly investigated and these criminals fired or jailed is to escalate your complaints. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD.
