Went inside for lunch. Place was crazy busy, especially the drive thru. However, that is not my issue. There was a "manager" up front in a dark blue shirt with braided black hair. Not once did I see her actually help the employees while they were struggling to get the orders out. All I saw the Sista doing was yelling and screaming at the employees in a horribly demeaning manner and slamming things down. The only customer I actually witnessed her speaking to, the manager, whose name I found out later when I asked , was Pam, was so hatefully rude that the poor lady literally just left. I do not understand how this woman or why, for that matter, can be a manager with such a caustic personality and every word out of her mouth was venomous and hatful. She has no business in customer service and with that vile personality and atrocious way of speaking to the kids, she should not be a manager. This woman needs to be terminated and I'm willing to bet she is one of the main reasons why the employee turnover there is so high. There is no excuse for her behavior or for them to be keeping her on staff.
