I was happy to see the new Mc Donalds open. I went their last night and ordered a Quarter Pounder w/cheese, Big Mac, Spicy Dlx Mc Crispy and a 40 piece Chicken Nuggets to go. 3 sandwiches and chicken nuggets, not that big of an order. I told her at the counter I didn't need my receipt, I wish I hadn't done that. I got home and was shorted the Quarter Pounder w/cheese, I went back up there and told the counter person, it took another 30 minutes to get the burger. I had to ask her 3 times to go and check on it. By the time I got home everyone else was done eating. Making a mistake is one thing, but not resolving it in a timely manner is another. Unfortunately, I enjoy Mc Donalds so I will continue to go, but it may have to be another location (which is sad, I live 2 blocks from the Crowley location). I realize you have a new crew and have growing pains, and hope you get it all worked out. Brett...
