Drive thru attendant rude and don't care with customer, the touches the drink without gloves, the transfer the frappe from the mixer to the cup with there finger.

I ask the attendant at the drive thru window if everything was there and she assured me it was. Surprise got home and the 20 piece Mc Nuggets was missing. My wife had to give her sandwich to the kids so they could eat before she drove back to get our order straightened out. Really disappointing for the kids.

My wife went back to this McDonald's and talked with the Manager. He apologized and made satisfactory restitution for our inconvenience. My told him it wasn't the first time our order was not correct. By the way the phone was so busy we could not get through to talk with the Manager before having to drive all the way back to his store,.
