   I went to the McDonald's in Midland shopping center in Maryville Tennessee always the nicest people and I live closer to the one on Old Knoxville Highway in Alcoa Tennessee but I always avoid that one because the service and the food is always deplorable but anyway Midlands frappe machine just happened to be out on Tuesday December 13th so I drove over to the Alcoa one close to my house and it just happened to be that their frappe machine was out of order to which that was no problem things happen that's part of life but they didn't tell me that so I got up to the window and I'd already ordered and paid for it so he asked me if I would like a shake instead and I said yes that will be fine as long as they would make it 6 because I don't like then shakes and I asked him if he was going to refund the difference and he said hold on and he spoke with the lady inside the window then he come back and he said they're the same price and I said no sir I don't mean to argue with you but no they're not the frappes are almost $0.75 to a dollar more expensive and he said no man you're confused they're the same price I just tried to ring them up and I said no sir you are wrong you can go look at your menu and he said well that's what it rings up do you want it or not after he'd already given me the Shake so since there was a line of people behind me I just let it drop aggravated I just drove on home well I go by and get at least a frappe every single day we are big McDonald's fans family so I drove through the one in Midland sauce on the side the prices and said something about it to the manager at the window when I pick up my frappe what had happened and she told me the exact price that's how I confirmed it was more expensive so so still irritated with the whole situation I called the McDonald's on no Knoxville Highway again I spoke with the manager trying to tell her what happened she said what do you want me to do and I said for one thing not to interrupt me and listen to what my issue was and she said what do you want me to write your name down or what and at that point I'm still irritated all this over a silly frappe coffee drink but it's just the principle now so she wrote my name down but I told her as I would like you all to look at so you see it's not just me if you Google McDonald's on Old Knoxville Highway in Maryville Tennessee it comes up and out of the Yellow Pages review the Yelp review and two other reviews I'm honestly can't remember the name of it right now it's like 2 point something rating and a 1.8 rating so you all can see people were really excited to finally get some kind of fast food place down in this area and this place is awful we used to go there when it first opened we went maybe 10 times in two weeks and I ordered was always wrong or cold or some kind of issue so we just quit going and after this situation it reminded me why so this is another customer that will not be back to that location... And like we all tell people I am one of ten siblings and we all have spouses we are all grown and have 14 nieces and nephews between us and they all have spouses and now they all have kids making it 18 grandkids grandkids so so it's not just losing one customer if someone does the math just n our family that 24 adults and 18 that all live within 5 minutes of that location that does not take our business there we go elsewhere so it is really a bad problem there and it got so bad now but I thought I wanted to say something your welcome to contact me if you would like my email address is femalevolfan@charter.net.
