Upset mother
Worst place EVER!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION. My daughter (16) worked here and was harrased by another employee (18 yr old male) and they did nothing about it. This "man" pushed her so hard into the ice cream machine that it left bruises. When she complained to the floor manager they told her that she needed to learn to get along with other people. REALLY!?! When she went to the main manager (also a co-owner) they fired my daughter. This is a privately owned store and not the only one in Springfield. Do not support this location. People should never be treated like that.
