The McDonald's location at 255 Greens Rd in Houston, TX (zip code 77060) is truly terrible. The men's restroom is a mess, the employees are rude, and the service is slow. This morning (02/03/20) I went into this location and placed an order for two chicken McGriddle sandwiches and two hash browns. When I had received my order, I received two chicken biscuit sandwiches rather than two chicken McGriddles. I told the employee about the incorrect order and she did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Also, the wait for my corrected order was a bit long. The regional manager or who ever is in charge of this location REALLY, REALLY, REALLY needs to take a look at the staff and monitor them. However, the only bright spot for me about this McDonald's location, is this one certain employee. I haven't seen her in a while, but she is a Latina/Hispanic woman with a beautiful face and a nice ass.
