Just left the McDonald's at 2500 Dicie Hwy. Louisville, KY. Not sure if a member of management was present- talking loud from the lobby to others behind the counter - at one time someone told someone to shut the fuck up!!
Here are three other concerns
Not greeting customers as they come to counter
On cell phones behind the counter
I guess on break in the lobby
I know they are young but if management is present and training them to be professional this experience could have been better
Please get the folks trained - because this is a customer who will not be back
