This McDonalds has a very poor presentation with respect to its hiring practices. The manager goes through young minority representatives at a very rapid pace. The area is Bedford Stuyvesant and the demo is specifically african american and that is fine....however the individuals that work at this location are less than professional at times. the openness of the establishment allows for way too many home-less people to lounge out and chat for hours inside and out front. There is a very rude young man that works behind the counter in the back that needs to be removed. very poor communication skills and is very loose with his mouth in public as customers stand there. This MCD does need revamping regarding its hiring practices....and MUST control the homeless population that hangs out and creates a dangerous environment and have a better criteria regarding how and who they hire. JUST having a body in the back does not make it better. btw...I AM BLACK!
