   I am done. I am never eating at the McDonald's at 1225 N Baldwin Ave again. Three times, three times in a row they have gotten my order wrong. The first time was a few months ago. I ordered two McGriddles about 5 minutes before lunch. I got two biscuits. Took them back where the cashier took them back to the kitchen where I overheard one of the sandwich makers complained that breakfast is over. The cashier came back told me there was nothing that they could do. How is this my fault? They are the ones that got my order wrong, lunch or no lunch. Take some responsibility. Next, going through the drive through where I ordered some chicken nuggets. They charged and gave out my order to the car before me and I had to double check to make sure they didn't over charge me. It took them 10 minutes to figure out what they did wrong. Lastly, last week, ordered two McGriddles. Came up on screen as two McMuffins. I reminded them twice that they were McGriddles. I got home, opened the sandwiches up, McMuffins. I called them up, they said they remembered me going through the drive-thru and said they would replace my meal. I live in LaFontaine. I only go to Marion when I have to. I go back to claim my meal only to be scolded that I took too long to reclaim my meal. As if they manager I talked to didn't write my name down. This is customer service at it's worse and believe me, there are going to be some phone calls.
