   Worst McDonalds ever! So glad they WASTED money upgrading this store but not it's staff...yes it's pretty...yes you have three windows...but your staff sucks...they are slow...you have two menu boards and no matter who pulled up LAST you will put the FIRST car on hold to take the last cars order first! The first car pulls up ou say one moment I will be right with you...the second car pulls up while the first car is waiting for you to come back...then you take the second cars order...seriously?
   
   Your only saving GRACE is an employee by the name of MiMi...not sure if that is the correct spelling...but she is quick gets customers out quickly and is super friendly to customers...the issue with her is that you work her SPORADICALLY...instead the YOUNG manager gives YOUNG kids the morning rush shift...and drive thru is ALWAYS backed up...They have ZERO sense of urgency for people making a morning commute trying to get to work on time...
   
   I HATE this McDonalds they are slow rude and do not know what the hell they are doing...sadly it is across the street from my office building...
   
   This morning I tried to go...and UNBELIEVABLY when I pulled my car up the girl says over the speaker...sorry we are closed...our manager was late so not prep is done so we cannot help you...
   this was at six thirty am...
   
   I run a business...are you really getting on the microphone and saying sorry we are closed because our manager lacks discipline and didn't wake up on time...WOW I would have at least lied and said we lost power overnight and it just came back on...THIS WAS THE FINAL STRAW FOR ME...after stopping here every morning for 4 years I have TOTALLY HAD IT!
   
   You are UNORGANIZED your staff is RUDE and POORLY TRAINED have zero sense of URGENCY during peak times...your managers are rude and now apparently have no sense of urgency to wake up and open the store on time for customers depending on you for their morning commute...
   your parking lot is ALWAYS DIRTY and the one DECENT EMPLOYEE isnever put on shift because the MANAGER who sleeps in wants to hang out with their young friends during the morning...mostly when I am sitting there waiting 3 minutes for my coffee when I am the ONLY customer in line...you are seen goofing off and talking by the window with each other...including the managers who cannot seem to even be bothered coming to work...
   
   I kept meaning to write this review...but then every third morning Mimi would be there and I would be overjoyed that as I pulled up she was pushing my coffee quickly out the window...leaving me to forget the last two mornings that totally SUCKED and the service was LOUSY! Today however when you were CLOSED and your employee told me it was because the manager overslept and nothing was done...it resonated with me that I needed to stop being lazy and bring this to someone's attention!
   
   DO NOT STOP HERE...DRIVE THE EXTRA MILE TO THE OLD MCDONALDS DOWN THE STREET...they are always friendly and always quick despite their line with more customers the wait is actually SHORTER...
   
   They need to stop letting their friends work and run their business as a business...the ONE employee they have that is quick and cares about moving cars needs to work the PEAK morning shift EVERYDAY and not once every three days...THIS NEWLY UPGRADED MCDONALDS SUCKS...
