At 6:05 Sunday evening I placed an order at LJS Cressona, PA. At 6:22 we didn't receive our food. The girl handling drive thru orders was sweet and helpful and checked on our order. She told me the hold up was the fries and it would be just a minute or two. At 6:30 we still didn't have our food. I asked for our money back and we went elsewhere. Waiting 25 minutes at a fast food chain is just unacceptable. And - does it take over 25 minutes to make French fries? I think not. Someone was not doing their job.

On Sunday morning June 9 2019 i was a long John's in cressona with my wife! We specifically went there for the all you can eat we ordered fish and more. We got our meal and when I went up with my receipt, this girl alludes said to me your not getti n any more because you ordered fish and more! We were under the impression that the fish and more fell under the all you can eat! We were never told any different by her! She was very very rude!! I have been going there for years since it opened as a matter of fact! And in my opinion i think we should have been told this! Not after the fact! I think that they should screen their employees better or give them a class in human relations! Because if they don't want to be in the people business then they should be fired! I really don't like an employee who has no human respect !!!! That will be our last visit go there sadly because of people skills! By the way her name was Melissa 2 store number 3649 6198 Cressona Mall! Time 1105 am
