Pancake is delicious dish of Slavic cuisine. But it is unpleasant to grate the potatoes - it's long and somewhat dangerous for the inept hands. I mean not on the combine but on the grater for pancakes. Here is the recipe which will make life easier those who like pancakes and will add a new flavor to this familiar dish.
Recipe of making lazy pancake
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 100gr ham
- 1 onion
- 1 processed cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3-4 large potatoes
- Salt pepper
- Oil for frying
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
Directions
1 |  | The secret is that we grate the potatoes on the largest grater. It is much easier and faster. |
2 |  | At the same grater rub the cheese. |
3 |  | Add the remaining ingredients and mix the dough for pancakes. |
4 |  | It is not necessary but it will be more tasty if cut ham or sausage into strips. |
5 |  | Then add it to the dough and mix again. |
6 |  | Fry small pancakes in oil on both sides. |
7 |  | Still hot sprinkle with small chopped garlic. |
8 |  | Serve with sour cream. Also it will be good with the chopped tomato slices spread with mayonnaise and sprinkle with pepper. |
