Original snack for any holiday. During the competition "Queen buffet".
Recipe of making lapti made from potatoes with mushrooms and eggplants
- Vinegar (9%) - 50-60 g
- Garlic - 5-6 tooth
- Eggplant - 4-5 pcs
- Mushrooms (fresh or frozen) - 500 g
- Onions - 2 pcs
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- Potatoes - 12 pcs
- Black pepper
Peel the potatoes and outline form of the future Lapti.
Gently give a shape of Lapti with a knife and a small spoon.
|Then cut recess with the knife and carefully cut a net. |
Put in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180 C.
Get out from the oven and leave a little to cool.
Make the stuffing.
I do the eggplant for the day, so they are good.
Peel the eggplants and cut into thin slices.
Season with salt and pepper, put them in a bowl and leave overnight (to go all liquid out of them - they become like a little sun-dried).
Then fry them on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown. Put the eggplants into a container, add garlic, pepper, salt and vinegar.
Shake well and leave for several hours.
Fry the mushrooms with onions. Season with salt and pepper.
