Unhappy with drive-thru person. Requested hot donuts. Requested she remove them from the hot donuts coming out. Apparently, this was a new concept for her and she kept insisting that she has done that. Box was barely warm.waited I lot for 20 minutes jyst for HOT donuts. Very disappointed!!!

Unsure if previous message went through. Waited 20 minutes in parking lot to make sure doughnuts were hot. Ordered 2 dozen. Drive through person was not friendly and when we asked her to replace the box of glazed with doughnuts coming fresh off the line, she declined stating that she had taken them from there. Told her the box was barely warm and she again said that she got them ..."right off the line." We are visiting in Wilmingyon so hot Krisp Kreme would have been a treat that we experienced twice a week cor 4 montbs last summer.
This year we left unhappy and will not return.
