I tried to visit this location on 4/28/16 at 11:56 a.m. there was only 4 vehicles in front of me and it took me 12 mn to get up to place an order. Then I was told to please wait. The vehicle in front of me didn't even stop to place an order he drove off. I set for 1 mn after stating I had already waited in line for 12 mn to even get my order taken and nobody answered. I finally drove off and went to mcdonalds and I was pulling out with my food from Mcdonalds and the car behind me while I was at KFC Taco bell was still waiting to place order. Now there was not that big of a line for customers to have to wait for their order to be taken. I suggest either training your help more or get someone that can run a drive up window. I waisted 13mns of my 30mn lunch because of this !! Very Very unhappy!!! Trust me I worked fast food for 4 years and I do know how it works and I worked the drive up most of that time!
