I have been to this location 3 times. First two were fine. Last evening, order 374389, was the worst. If I had not already driven across town, back home, I would have taken the order back. The biscuits were almost like pancakes, not fluffy at all. More like a fried piece of dough. I think the chicken had been re-fried, very greasy and dark. The tenders were anything but tender,dry and very hard. Not your best KFC!! I have not time set to go back.

My order took a while (no big deal) but then they gave me the wrong stuff. To make matters worst, what they gave me was not only wrong but appeared to be old. Shells were completely soggy and inedible. To put the icing on the cake that was poorly baked, you can't get anyone on the phone to voice your grievances. Just rings and rings then a fax machine picks up. As someone who has been in the customer service industry for 16+ years, this is simply deplorable behavior. No consideration of the customer experience and no intent on making escalation possible to seek resolution to error. If you're going here check your bag. My recommendation to is to not go to this location at all.
